Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel

The staff here were super friendly, with great service all around from Jamaica at reception to Aftab at the pool. The bed suite was amazing and the pool was just right to chill at quieter times. Enjoyed the breakfast options and the views as well! 🏊🥗 Just a heads up, no restaurants around so had to head to a neighboring hotel for dinner, but no biggie, everything else was top-notch!

I chose Wyndham for its proximity to the Traditional Architecture Museum, which I really wanted to visit. The 24-hour front desk was a pleasant surprise, and the à la carte breakfast offered was delightful.

Check-In process was problematic.

They were always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. the room service was prompt, and the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless. the location in the bustling Deira neighborhood was perfect, with the metro station nearby and stunning views of the city. the rooftop pool and bar were fantastic, and we enjoyed the convenience of having shops and local services within walking distance.

One aspect that could be improved is the strict restrictions on ordering deliveries and heating food. Unlike other hotels that offer more flexibility in these areas, this hotel seemed unwilling to accommodate such requests.

Convenient location in new Deira, easy access to Gold Soukh, restaurants, supermarkets, and mosque nearby. Received a free upgrade due to room unavailability. Clean rooms with daily cleaning and towel change. Excellent sound insulation and top-notch service from reception, concierge, and valet.

Limited breakfast variety, persistent window noise, slight noise from outside, unshaded swimming pool, minimal kids' activities, and executive room lounge lacks expected snacks and drinks.

The rooftop pool offered stunning views of vibrant Deira, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing swim and a cocktail at sunset. The inviting atmosphere, along with the attentive service, made it feel like a hidden oasis amidst the bustling city.

It provided a vibrant atmosphere, and the staff, particularly Fernando, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The love of the game was palpable, creating a fantastic experience for sports enthusiasts and families alike.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly activities for young children would be great.

The staff at Wyndham Dubai Deira, especially Pallav, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, taking care of all our needs. The One-Bedroom Family Suite was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's location near landmarks like the Women's Museum and Dubai Museum added cultural richness to our stay, enhancing family bonding. Relaxing at the rooftop pool and spa centre made our visit truly enjoyable.

I LOVED the breakfast with amazing views! Staff were exceptional. Only downside was the unhelpful management. I'd come back for the breakfast. Better than photos.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern and affordable hotel. the spacious and tastefully decorated room was clean and comfortable. the location was central, within walking distance to the metro. the staff were extremely polite and helpful, even allowing us to check in early for free. the breakfast was wonderful and the overall experience was great. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

The wifi connection was excellent. The metro station was conveniently located nearby, and having a supermarket in the building next door was very convenient for us as a family.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provides an exclusive executive lounge along with modern contemporary design and day light in 8 meeting rooms designed to accommodate corporate, social events, and weddings. The rooftop pool and the bar with great happy hour prices were enjoyable, and the convenient location near the Dubai Metro and the Gold Souk area made it easy to explore the city.

The one service that I missed for my work was the unavailability of a designated business center for last-minute printing and copying needs.

My friends and I had a blast at the Pavilion Sports Bar and the rooftop pool - the views were insane! The staff made us feel like VIPs, and the food and drinks were on point. We loved every minute of it!
